Return & Exchange Policy

At Coloured Contact Lenses, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we take pride in offering high-quality products, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below, you’ll find details about our return and exchange policies.

Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used contact lenses.
  • Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care.

Steps for Returning an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@colouredcontactlenses.com.au with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Wait for our team to review your request and provide a return authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the product to the address provided by our team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or worn contact lenses. We also do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@colouredcontactlenses.com.au. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, our return policy applies.

Note: 20% Fee of total order value will be deducted for Admin and Restocking Fee before processing the refund.
