  • Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to all locations within Australia. For updates on international shipping availability, please check our website regularly.

Shipping Costs:

Coloured contact lenses do not charge any delivery charges on Standard Shipping on all orders over $20, available for any residential and business area in Australia.

We also offer Tracked and Express Shipping which can be purchased on checkout.

Free Standard Delivery time:

We dispatch the package within 2 working days after receiving your order. We use Australia Post as our delivery partner for Standard Free Shipping, It takes 4-9 working days to get your order delivered. Regional areas may take longer. Refer delivery schedule below from Australia Post for estimated delivery times.

We don't offer any tracking with our Free Standard delivery. Please see tracked or Express shipping for tracked parcels 

Tracked Shipping Delivery time:

We dispatch the package within 2 working days after receiving your order. We use Sendle as our delivery partner for all our Standard tracked Shipping. It takes 4-6 working days to get your order delivered. Regional areas may take longer.

Express Shipping Delivery time:

We dispatch the package within 2 working days after receiving your order. We use Australia Post as our delivery partner for all our Standard tracked Shipping. It takes 1-3 working days to get your order delivered. Regional areas may take longer. 

  • Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Contact the courier directly for updates.

If the issue persists, reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Send photos of the package and items to our support team for prompt resolution.

  • Incorrect Delivery Address

We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect address provided during checkout. Please double check your address before placing the order.
